It's different because it takes the whole person into account.  Like a weed that keeps growing back and choking up the garden, if you don't get into the roots of your eating issues, they will continue to take over your inner garden.  In a positive, non-judgmental way, we look at the what, the how, and the why of eating so you can make peace with food, love your body and be the best you!
